摘要:

传统村落文化类型多样，普遍面临同质化现象突出、可持续发展能力不强等问题。基于国家政策指导与地方实践，将我国传统村落保护发展划分为“保护理念萌芽—自发探索、长效制度政策—地方自治、区域协同政策—在地化实践”3个时期，运用CiteSpace文献计量工具，系统分析2012—2025年传统村落研究文献，研究呈现出明显的阶段性深化特征：从早期聚焦村落物质空间载体，包括物质空间形态、街巷格局肌理等，转向对各地景观基因的挖掘，深入理解村落整体的文化表达方式。在此基础上，结合传统村落连片保护相关研究，提出“在地文化景观”认知转向，以期为特色地区传统村落群的差异化保护与特色发展提供理论指导，未来在集中连片保护实践中应加强对文化多样性的保护。

Abstract:

Traditional villages exhibit diverse cultural typologies, yet they commonly face issues such as pronounced homogenisation and weak sustainable development capacity. Guided by national policy directives and local practices, the conservation and development of China’s traditional villages can be divided into three distinct phases: ’ Emergence of Conservation Concepts - Spontaneous Exploration’, ’ Long-Term Institutional Policies - Local Autonomy’, and ’ Regional Collaborative Policies - Localised Implementation’. Employing the CiteSpace bibliometric tool, this study systematically analyses research literature on traditional villages from 2012 to 2025, revealing a marked phased deepening in research focus: Research shifted from an early focus on the physical spatial carriers of villages—including material spatial forms and street-lane patterns—towards excavating regional landscape genes to gain deeper insights into the holistic cultural expression of villages. Building upon this foundation, this paper further integrates research on contiguous conservation of traditional villages, aiming to propose a cognitive shift towards ’local cultural landscapes’ to advance differentiated conservation and distinctive development for clusters of traditional villages in characteristic regions. Future contiguous conservation practices should strengthen the protection of cultural diversity.
