摘要:
当前城市化进程中的“建设性”破坏现象不断扩散，导致自然景观的连续性遭到破坏，城市特征的同质化趋势日益显著。在城市发展的过程中，保护地方记忆、维护历史文化遗产的连续性显得尤为迫切，而既有标准化的保护方式日益显露出适应性不足的问题。挖掘和吸收历史城镇的建设经验和智慧，传承并弘扬城市的地域特色与文化价值，增强城市应对变化的能力，是当前城市景观规划与设计中亟待解决的问题。为了在历史城镇中以更加全面且积极的方式对遗产进行系统保护，以城市历史景观理论为切入点，依托中英文文献数据库，对2005年理论方法提出以来的实践与实施路径进行研究综述，归纳理论与城镇发展的关系，并以层积方法为关键点，寻找将遗产保护与城市发展相结合的策略共性，以实施在地性的历史遗产保护，进而促进历史城市的特色化与可持续发展。
Abstract:
The phenomenon of "constructive" destruction in the current urbanization process continues to spread, leading to the destruction of the continuity of natural landscapes and the increasingly significant trend of homogenization of urban characteristics. In the process of urban development, it is particularly urgent to protect local memory and maintain the continuity of historical and cultural heritage, while the existing standardized protection methods are increasingly showing inadequate adaptability. Exploring and absorbing the construction experience and wisdom of historical towns, inheriting and promoting the regional characteristics and cultural values of cities, and enhancing the ability of cities to respond to changes are urgent issues that need to be addressed in current urban landscape planning and design. In order to systematically protect heritage in historical towns in a more comprehensive and proactive manner, this article takes the theory of Historic Urban Landscape as the starting point, relies on Chinese and English literature databases, and conducts a research review on the practice and implementation path of theoretical methods since their proposal in 2005, summarizing the relationship between theory and urban development. With the layering method as the key point, we aim to find common strategies for combining heritage protection with urban development, in order to implement local historical heritage protection and promote the distinctive and sustainable development of historical cities.
