摘要:
在老旧社区更新改造的背景下，为解决因传统老旧社区封闭边界所造成的空间不足与闲置并存的矛盾现象，引入社会网络分析法，依据“点-线”语义构建客观公共空间网络模型、主观老年人行为网络模型，从网络完备性、分布均衡性和单点脆弱性3个层面对网络特征进行分析。研究发现老旧社区中客观公共空间网络与主观行为网络存在一定差异，行为网络完备性更高，两网络群组分布不均衡，中心性节点排序不重合，部分空间在公共空间网络中的重要性与其在老年人行为网络中的不一致，进而提出打破社区围墙边界、增加弹性空间、构建社区开放模式等规划策略，为老旧社区公共空间的更新改造与适老化提供参考。
Abstract:
In order to solve the contradiction of insufficient space and idle coexistence caused by the closed boundary of traditional old communities, the social network analysis method is introduced, the objective public space network model and the subjective behavior network model of the elderly are constructed according to the "point-line" semantics, and the network characteristics are analyzed from three levels: network completeness, distribution equilibrium and single-point vulnerability. The study finds that there are some differences between the objective public space network and the subjective behavior network in the old community, the completeness of the behavior network is higher, the distribution of the two network groups is uneven, the order of the central nodes does not coincide, and the importance of some spaces in the public space network is inconsistent with that in the behavior network of the elderly.
