以杭州大运河杭钢公园、武汉杨泗港码头T台、上海杨浦滨江步道与北京首钢园等我国滨水工业遗产代表性项目为研究对象,总结了在高碳汇目标下我国滨水工业遗产如何实现再利用的经验,并指出其再利用路径由规划策略、改造导向与运作方式共同组成。就改进策略而言,滨水工业遗产再利用应继续推动技术创新,关注产业可持续性,并确保公众参与和资金投入,以实现高碳汇目标。
Abstract:
This study examines several representative projects of waterfront industrial heritage in China, including Hangzhou Grand Canal Hanggang Park, Wuhan Yangsigang Terminal T Platform, Shanghai Yangpu Riverside Walkway, and Beijing Shougang Park. It summarizes the experiences of successfully repurposing these sites in the context of achieving high carbon sink goals. The research identifies that the pathways for reuse involve a combination of planning strategies, renovation orientations, and governance approaches. Regarding improvement strategies, it is essential for the reuse of waterfront industrial heritage to promote technological innovation, focus on industrial sustainability, and ensure public participation and financial investment to meet high carbon sink targets.
