摘要:: 2008年国际古迹遗址理事会正式将“文化线路”作为一种新的大型遗产类型纳入了《世界遗产名录》的范畴。欧洲较早认识到铁路、河道等文化线路对地区发展具有战略意义，通过目前已经公布的48条“欧洲文化线路”计划，实现带动区域整体发展、城乡融合复兴、历史资源活力再生、社区场所活态传承等目标。通过对工业、铁路相关主题的欧洲文化线路案例分析，提出整体保护利用是对历史文化资源的梳理、盘活和加强联系，更需要以地区品牌构建、综合价值提升为目标，开展价值导向的对象重构，价值平衡的空间资源配置，建立包含知识、资金、政策、标准等多要素共享的支撑网络体系，为我国激发跨区域的铁路遗产对地区复兴的牵引作用提出建议。

Abstract:: In 2008, the International Council of Monuments and Sites officially included "cultural routes" as a new type of large-scale heritage in the The World Heritage List. Europe recognized the strategic significance of cultural routes such as railways and waterways for regional development early. Through the currently announced 48 "European Cultural Route" plans, the goals of driving overall regional development, achieving urban-rural integration and revitalization, revitalizing historical resources, and preserving the vitality of community places have been achieved. Through the analysis of European cultural routes related to industrial and railway themes, this study proposes that overall protection and utilization not only involves sorting out, revitalizing, and strengthening connections with historical and cultural resources, but also requires the goal of regional brand building and comprehensive value enhancement. Value oriented object reconstruction, value balanced spatial resource allocation, and the establishment of a support network system that includes knowledge, funds, policies, standards, and other multiple elements sharing should be carried out. Finally, the experience and inspiration should be implemented through an action roadmap. Suggestions are provided for stimulating the traction effect of cross regional railway heritage on regional revitalization in China through research.
