摘要:
轨道交通线网与站点的建设高速发展十多年，面对“推动城市空间结构优化和品质提升”“推行功能复合、立体开发、公交导向的集约紧凑型发展模式”的需求，其多向度精细化需求与发展趋势，体现在站域空间更新适宜强度下多要素发展的价值提升、站域多层级拓展与站域群联动下的空间发展、多维空间高效综合接驳体验下的效能提升，强化多领域交叉引导下空间簇群综合建设与管理，并以一种城市空间发展的引导切片，进行城市网络社会空间重构。由此推动多维融通拓展下站域空间综合更新。在“站域群组—空间增效—社会切入—交叉管控”的原理引导下，对站域空间的精细化发展进行探索研究。
Abstract:
The construction of rail transit network and stations has been developing rapidly for more than 10 years, facing the needs of "promoting the optimization and quality improvement of urban spatial structure" and "implementing the intensive and compact development mode of functional compound, three-dimensional development and transit orientation". Its multi-dimensional refined demand and development trend are reflected in the value enhancement of multi-factor development under the appropriate intensity of station space renewal, the spatial development under the linkage of the multi-level expansion of the station domain and the station domain group, the efficiency improvement under the efficient and comprehensive connection experience of multi-dimensional space, the comprehensive construction and management of the space cluster under the cross-guidance of multiple fields, and the reconstruction of the urban network social space with a guiding slice of urban space development. This leads to the comprehensive update of the next station space through multi-dimensional integration. Under the guidance of the principle of "station group - space efficiency - social entry - cross control", the paper explores the refined development of station space.
